Due to extremely high order demand when temporarily closing my shop back in July ALL orders placed from June & beyond have been operating as Pre-Orders since I have hundreds of pieces to create. So the turn around time is 10-12 weeks (slight delays can be expected on top of that) which then the creative process and shipping happens within that same time frame. Once orders ship out you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to follow along with! All pieces are made to order. If for some reason your order is even more delayed and or I need more time to create it I will reach out to notify you.

If your order is returned to Elements by Sonic there will be an additonal $6 for US reshipping fee and $17+ for Canada & beyond. Please be sure to triple check the address information that you are providing is accurate as returned orders are out of my control. If the information provided is incorrect the carrier will NOT be able to succesfully deliver your package.

All sales are FINAL & non refundable. Once your order is shipped out, an email confirmation number will be sent to you with tracking information to follow. Please keep in mind, I am no longer responsible for any lost or undelivered packages, once  your package is in the mail services possession it is out of my hands. Contact your local USPS to file a claim & to track your package. *No DMs or emails regarding this issue, please be sure to follow your tracking information closely
